There are 9 parking spots associated with 75 Main (2 along the side of the building, 3 in the alcove behind the building/next to the deck and 4 in the Nazarene church lot)When all of our allotted parking spots are filled, we are permitted to park in the overflow lot (the long rectangular area, directly behind 71 Main). Overflow parking must start from the back of the lot and move forward. The overflow lot is only large enough to accommodate one-sided parking. The parking spots are on the left-hand side of the lot only and are marked by parking signs and yellow road paint. If you fail to park properly in this lot, you may be at risk of being towed.

There is a free Newmarket City parking lot at Main and Botsford (4 minute walk south)
There is free parking at the GoTrain Lot (Tannery) (4 minute walk north).
